Somebody finally got a copy of the draft legislation. I've been trying for about half an hour to get them from speaker.house.gov, but so have thousands of others.

The Carnival of Politics Returns

Welcome to the new and improved carnival of politics.

Originally we planned to run this site as a traditional blog carnival, but between when we had the idea for the site and when we got around to setting it up, the internet changed fundamentally. A little site called Digg.com came around and proved that there is a better way to find relevant and up to date content. So, we adapted with the times and the "carnival" is now a social voting site.
